Energy efficiency has become a critical part of the design process in modern construction. With this in mind, Vistawall has developed the Reliance-TC Thermal Composite Curtain Wall system. This product was designed to meet higher levels of thermal performance with a traditional pressure glazed aluminum curtain wall system.
Reliance-TC utilizes the same frame members as the standard Reliance Curtain Wall with the exception of a new composite vertical mullion. The new vertical is available in both 7 1/4" and 6" depths and is constructed with glass-reinforced polyamide insulating strips, which provide superior thermal performance and enhanced composite strength. As an additional benefit, Reliance-TC installs more efficiently since the composite vertical needs no applied pressure plate. Two-color capability is still available on both vertical and horizontal sections.
As with the Reliance Curtain Wall, Reliance-TC offers optional system depths and profiles, with the ability to adapt entrance doors and operable windows.
